Finca Cuarta is the name of one of our vineyards located in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra. To produce this amazing wine we use grapes that come from vineyards that are over 60 years old. Although the production is very low, the result is a wine of outstanding quality. It is macerated for 8 hours lowering the temperature to 10º C with carbonic snow to avoid unwanted oxidations. Fermentation is made in barrels of 500 liters. Then, it is aged for 3 months on lees with a weekly batonnage

It presents a yellow colour with shades of intense green.
On the nose, it shows complex floral notes with apricot aromas.
On the palate, it is smooth with floral and fruit aromas.
